Oka Restaurant Review

: Rio native chef Raphaël Rego presides over this posh Brazilian restaurant. In a modern setting, patrons are treated to fusion cuisine that mixes Brazilian and French flavors. The chef, who trained with Michel Rostang and Joël Robuchon, delivers pig foot croustillant with finger lime, low-cooked manioc millefeuille, langoustine seasoned with cupuacu and roasted lobster. Among desserts from pastry chef Quentin Lechat, the chocolate selection combines different textures, mousse, fondant and slivers. Lunch menu at €35 and dinner menu at €75.
