Some of Oahu’s best Thai food comes from Opel and Aoy Sirichandhra. The cool couple offers spicy garlic chicken wings and pad thai (made with traditional tamarind sauce not ketchup, as you’ll find in many Thai kitchens in America). A must-order --- Opel’s garlicky udon-like noodles in a shoyu-and-roasted-garlic sauce. One bite and you’re hooked. The curries are all winners. The restaurant is cash only.
