Recalling the era of the speakeasy, the sign inside Capo’s entrance sets the tone --- guests are instructed to ring a bell that signals a host to open a small window and ask, “Who sent you?” Once inside, the menu offers soups and appetizers such as pasta fagioli and deep-fried ravioli. Among “Made-Man” pastas are “Da Don's Lasagna,” layered with Italian sausage, crushed meatballs, fresh herbs and ricotta, and penne arrabbiata with spicy garlic tomato sauce topped with mozzarella. We like the house specialty chicken Anastasia, which is composed of lightly breaded boneless chicken breast filled with ricotta, spinach and pink sauce. It's served with soup or salad and choice of side. Save room for the chocolate lava cake filled with chocolate fudge.
