These popular nationwide chains are opening up across the country faster than you can say boomerang. It's the friendly service, the fun atmosphere and the vaguely Australian fare that keep folks coming back. Expect plentiful helpings of steak, ribs, loaded baked potatoes and grilled shrimp. No table dines without an order of the favorite house appetizer, the Bloomin' Onion, a huge onion fried and then sliced. Wash it all down with a frosty mug of Honey Blonde draft brew and you'll feel like Crocodile Dundee.
