The soul-soothing dishes at Ovation may include a rum-glazed beef brochette, a Cajun fried crawfish salad, and a double-cut pork chop served with jalapeño cheese grits and red eye gravy. Service in this expansive shopping center space can sometimes be ditzy, albeit very sweet. The diverse crowd grows large and loud in the evening when live music kicks in.
