P.F. Chang's China Bistro Restaurant Review:
Wherever you come from, if you already like your local P.F. Chang’s, then you’ll like this one. Next door to a Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and gazing across an artificial waterway at the neighboring Cheesecake Factory, this P. F. Chang’s is part of a complex of successful upscale chain restaurants. The enormous replica Chinese horses that flank the entrance are favorite landmarks for partying customers to have group photographs taken---and this is definitely a place for group dining. The food is generally tasty; among the dishes we recommend are the chicken lettuce wraps, a refreshing, light and spicy appetizer; and the orange-peel beef, chicken or shrimp, which pleasantly combine zesty tang with the heat of chili peppers. There's a good selection of vegetarian dishes, from the gentle coconut vegetable curry to the spicy stir-fried eggplant. Service compensates for its occasional lack of polish with abounding friendliness and enthusiasm.
