About the restaurant: Palisade's views of the Seattle skyline, bustling ferry boats and Olympic Mountains are rivaled only by its elegant atmosphere.
Food & Drinks: The menu features a mix of steaks and seafood, such as whole live lobster with lemon butter sauce, Dungeness crab-stuffed black tiger prawns, and a New York strip steak with Gorgonzola. For a taste of both, order the surf ‘n’ turf combo, a feast of apple wood-smoked prime rib, grilled salmon and jumbo prawns. Seasonal specials may include cedar plank-roasted Northwest king salmon with charred onion-potato purée, rainbow carrots, asparagus and a drizzle of herb jus. For a sweet finale, be sure to order the flourless chocolate cake. A full bar offers all forms of libations, including many notable Pacific Northwest varietals.
