The Palm Restaurant Review:

When The Palm relocated from Copley Square to the Financial District, it doubled in size and added an outdoor dining deck popular with an after-work crowd. Walls are still decorated with the famed caricatures of local personalities and celebrities who have visited. Mammoth steaks like the 24-ounce bone-in rib-eye continue as the focal point, but what many people may not realize is the brand made a name for itself when it first opened back in 1926 with its classic Italian dishes, everything from veal Milanese and linguine with clams in a white wine sauce to chicken Parmigiana and veal Marsala. We like starting with the colossal (and they do mean gigantic) jumbo shrimp cocktail complemented by a side of hot "atomic" horseradish. Order the flavorful New York strip or swordfish steak and share a side of wild mushrooms and three-cheese potatoes au gratin. Seven-layer carrot cake or a bag of warm cinnamon donuts for dessert will end the meal right. PrimeBites at the bar include a mini calzone and slab bacon sliders.
