THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Palm Restaurant Review:
The Palm is a full-on, good old American steakhouse. It’s owned by the Italian-American Ganzi and Bozzi families who’ve been opening and running The Palm restaurants mainly in the U.S. for four generations. The décor is suitably club-like, all heavy wood with caricatures of famous people on the walls. The menu, too, is as you’d expect. Starters like broiled crab cake sit beside lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. But the main point here is the juicy, well-cooked but pricey USDA Prime aged steak. One might also encounter a house special of lobster, fish like yellowfin tuna, hash browns or hand-cut french fries. Desserts run the Key lime pie, chocolate fondant route. Service is friendly U.S. style; the wine list adequate.
