Palm Palace Restaurant Review

: Veteran executive chef Jamil Eid oversees recipe development and food preparation for the two Palm Palace restaurants, known for their dramatic dining rooms. The menu at this upscale but affordable spot is filled with Mediterranean favorites, such as classic Greek moussaka, slow-cooked Moroccan tagines and lamb, and Lebanese-inspired, healthy fresh-squeezed juices, including the Power Mix, a blend of carrot, parsley, celery, radish and beet. Paella Fruit de Mer is a rice dish with an abundance of shrimp, mussels, calamari and fish with tomatoes and sautéed green, red and yellow peppers. Try the signature rice-almond salad tossed with house-made dressing, and the hearty Moroccan meat soup with green lentils, chickpeas, fava beans, shallots, parsley, noodles, cilantro and fresh herbs. Other options include lamb meat pies, fried kibbeh, combination platters, and grilled jumbo shrimp, marinated in olive oil, garlic, herbs and spices.
