Paloma Hollywood Restaurant Review:

Restaurateur Adolfo Suaya partnered with son Kelian Suaya and Darren Crane (Crane's Bar) to open Paloma Hollywood, a tequileria. Look for a selection of nearly 200 tequilas and mezcals including Bozal Tobasiche, which features a wild agave that needs twelve to thirteen years to fully mature. Expect craft cocktails and a menu highlighting chicken tinga tacos in adobo sauce with sour cream, a filet mignon burrito de lomo, and the vegetarian ensalada de la casa. Paloma also serves 12 craft beers on tap like those from local Frogtown Brewery and Santa Monica Brew Works.
