Not to be confused with the other Pan-Asian noodle shop by the same name, this Dupont Circle eatery makes for casual noodle noshing at its best. But noodles are only part of its menu, which takes you on a gastronomic tour of much of Asia. Look for soft-shell crabs in season, Cantonese roast duck, grilled Filipino and Thai chicken and assorted Thai-style curries. Since noodles are a mainstay, though, turn to the extensive selection, from Thai drunken noodles to chilled Japanese soba noodles. We love the Cozy Noodles, a Chinese-inspired sesame noodle dish with a spicy peanut sauce, but we’ve also been tempted by kway tway mee, the popular Singaporean dish with a variety of noodles and toppings.
