THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Parker's New American Bistro Restaurant Review:

Owner Parker Bosley turned over control of his kitchen to another chef not long ago, reasoning that it was time for the new generation to have a turn at the stove. At the end of 2006, he closes the doors of his Ohio City spot forever. Bosley made his mark on the local restaurant scene over decades while educating Cleveland diners about locally grown produce. The menu changes seasonally, and special menus have featured themes, such as a multi-course meal featuring the humble (yet apparently versatile) tomato. After many years of dedication to the white-tablecloth tradition, Bosley revamped the restaurant's style to one of less formality with more of a bistro feeling and impeccably-crafted versions of comfort foods. The restaurant is located in a historic (mid-1800s) brick building, and the subdued, dimly lit interior reflects a more genteel attitude: exposed brickwork and polished wood combine to create an elegant feel in the two small dining areas. An extensive wine list, including many French selections, completes the always-sublime Parker's experience.
