Passion Fin Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar Restaurant Review:

Located in the burgeoning Merrifield shop-and-dine area, this Chinese-Japanese-Thai eatery pairs these very different cuisines and yields some interesting results. The best bet is to try a sampling from all three, and start with some sushi, such as the spicy crab meat roll. Bigger appetites should look instead at the special rolls, including the Dragon and the Godzilla rolls. Then it’s on to the entrées, among which we recommend the abundant General Tso’s chicken with its sweet-sour sauce, and the Thai favorites of mango shrimp and pan-fried red snapper with a mild chili sauce. Limited imported and domestic wines are available, as is saké, but you may find your liquid refreshment in the form of beer. Desserts are also offered.
