This tenth location of Paul Martin’s American Grill is in Pasadena’s South Lake Avenue shopping district. More than 200 seats, including plush booths and on a generous patio, fill 7,200 square feet. Chef-partner Mark Fitkowski is serving signature Paul Martin’s dishes like salt-and-pepper shrimp with pesto aïoli, brick chicken with za’atar croutons, and devil’s food cake with Amarena cherries and whipped cream. Regular specials include a Tuesday fried chicken dinner and Sunday Prime rib dinner.
