It doesn’t take much to lure folks into a Pan-Asian restaurant, and with this Herndon eatery, the bait is this: speed, budget prices and quantity. You almost don’t care that much of the food is make-believe Asian, or that the flavors seem to repeat from one dish to the next. You may also be a bit bewildered by the types on offer, and if you pause too long at the ordering register---it’s all open kitchen, cooked-to-order, cafeteria-style---you could cause a big traffic jam. Confused? Step aside to read and select: do you want Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese or Vietnamese? Spicy or mild? Noodles or rice? You might want to just end up with one of the salad bowls and an appetizer of wontons or spring rolls and call it a day.
