This sleek, upscale suburban prime steak and seafood restaurant is a culinary find, nestled near a busy intersection abundant with fast-food eateries. High-backed booths, stained glass room dividers and muted lighting provide an intimate setting for fine dining. Unwind with charcuterie of locally produced and house-cured meats and cheese along with a glass of wine while selecting from such menu offerings as Ora king salmon, roasted and complemented by tomato caper butter, poached turnips and sesame roasted greens. Wagyu beef cheeks are braised in porter and paired with jalapeño cheddar polenta cake, while roasted lamb loin is accompanied by cranberry cilantro chutney and pecan, apple and raisin stuffing. USDA Prime steaks take center stage, aged and grilled to the diner's preference. Well-trained servers will help with wine pairing.
