The White Marsh location of the Phillips chain boasts an open kitchen, daily selections of grilled fish, and an all-you-can-eat buffet on weekends. But in all other regards, it is much like its brethren---a clan now numbering eight restaurants---strong on traditional seafood dishes and basic cooking. Crabcakes, fried oysters, broiled rockfish, and surf and turf figure prominently on the menu. Portions are humongous; don’t even think of cleaning of your plate.
