The soup here is full-bodied and flavorful, and we’ve enjoyed the rich, steaming broth. It comes with several different beef-topping options, and the menu gives you the choice of various chicken soups as well. The owners, however, also make an effort to accommodate the American palate with soup combinations that both do and do not include tendon and tripe. Like most Vietnamese restaurants, this one offers traditional Vietnamese drinks, from the intensely potent sweet coffee to fresh coconut juice.
