EJ's Place Restaurant Review:
Overall, this is a pleasant, spacious place with something that approximates a Wisconsin supper club experience, down to the solid-enough steaks. Start with a ubiquitous “garbage” salad and mussels or passable crab cakes. There’s also classic Italian fare like chicken Vesuvio, spaghetti with meatballs and linguine with clam sauce, but we tend to gravitate toward the calamari, baked clams, filet mignon and T-bone if and when we visit. If you’re in a supper club state of mind, though, bacon and onion-topped liver is an option as well. The Key lime pie is decent, too. What's more, the service is efficient but not in-your-face --- and we like that.
