Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant Review:

We've always been more impressed by this restaurant's lively ambience and old-school East Coast décor than with its food, but then Maggiano's has never been a gourmet getaway --- it’s a nationwide chain with the tagline “Wherever you are, there’s a Maggiano’s Little Italy near you.” Serving superfluous portions of standard Italian-American food, the restaurant caters to families, large parties, and anyone who believes that good value means lots of leftovers with hefty, family-style portions. The eatery is fine for lunch with co-workers or a casual night out, and Maggiano's robust pastas and cheese-smothered entrées are satisfactory, but it is not a spot for a dinner to savor and remember.
