Last time I had dinner at Piccaone of GAYOT’s 2012 Top 10 Insider Picks Restaurants in the US, I did not go to the kitchen, but instead headed behind the bar.

I wanted to know many different brands of pisco — the national drink of Peru — bartender Mark Grubb had there to create his ten house-made pisco cocktails. The answer is: 42!
