Chef Eduardo Ruis (Corazón y Miel) is behind the Pasadena sausage spot Picnik. Expect 20 craft beers on tap and hand-made sausages (made from Duroc heritage pigs from Compart Family Farms), ranging from a “peasant sausage” of leeks and herbs, to sweet and spicy Italian, chorizo, bratwurst and lamb merguez. They’re served on baguettes with toppings like pickled red cabbage, sauerkraut and sautéed peppers. There is also a pet-friendly patio.
