It may be best known for its veal Parmigiana, but odds are that most folks come in for the traditional brick-oven pizzas --- what could top the capricciosa, with fire-roasted peppers and rosemary-grilled chicken? If you are stopping by for lunch on the run, try a bison burger, not exactly Italian fare but certainly Italianized with a dose of Gorgonzola.
