Pinch Chinese Restaurant Review:
Restaurateur Sean Tang and chef Charlie Chen, former executive chef for Shanghai dumpling mecca Din Tai Fung, are behind Pinch Chinese in SoHo. They are serving their take on "New York Chinese" food, which includes soup dumplings, cumin lamb and Cantonese-style cod. Creative cocktails and a serious wine list are available, too.
