Co-owners Vaughan Lazar and Michael Gordon are committed to taking an earth-minded approach at this pizza shop. Since opening the first outpost in Fort Lauderdale in 2006, they have multiplied the concept, franchising it into an eco-friendly, organic and gluten-pesticide-free eatery. Bite into a very hearty sampling of pies, ranging from organic eggplant and fresh mozzarella to Greek, vegan and spinach and artichoke. You can craft your own foundation with different sauces and toppings on white, wheat or gluten-free dough.
