Pollo Campero Restaurant Review:

This fab fast food spot is giving the Colonel a run for his money. Inside, shimmy-worthy Latin tunes are cranked, and a salsa bar with roasted chipotle and molcajete verde salsas, limes, cilantro, chopped onions and zingy jalapeños serves as ground zero for topping spicy fried birds, which regulars lovingly tear from the bone and wrap in warm corn tortillas. If you're in the mood for something a bit lighter, order a bowl of grilled chicken on slow cooked Campero beans, rice and cilantro. Sides are out of the ordinary, too. Be sure to try the yucca fries, sweet, caramelized plantains, and lime-laced coleslaw.
