While the grilled chicken, marinated in tropical juices and spices, is the bestseller, the pork, ribs and wings are all stand-outs---and the sides are the icing on the cake. Our favorites are the red beans and rice and yuca (a starchy potato-like root) in garlic sauce. TropiChops---a bowl of white or yellow rice, topped with red or black beans, and chopped chicken or pork---are a good lunch. A selection of sauces, from creamy curry mustard to spicy salsa, gives the bowls a kick. If you are feeding a family, go for one of the many family meals, which include a whole chicken with ribs, or pork and two sides.
