Popsons on Market Street griddles up a mighty tasty and good-looking burger, with a thin, fast food-style patty with meaty flavor and a substantial crust. The burgers are available as singles or doubles (get the double) and come with lettuce, onion, pickles and special sauce, with the option of American cheese. There is also a bacon and blue cheese version, and a vegetarian patty for diners of that persuasion. Thick shakes, sodas, fries and chili round out the choices. The burger venture started as a pop-up offshoot of Causwells.
