Pasadena’s Miller Alley is home to the second outpost of Mark Peel’s “coastal casual” eatery. Look for Seattle fish stew, warm albacore salad, classic clam chowder, fish and chips, and Veracruz shrimp salad, along with grain bowls and lobster rolls.
