Prime 333 Restaurant Review:

Prime 333 is housed in the posh Sapphire “gentlemen’s club.” While the menu items might be severely overpriced, keep in mind that places like this are designed so patrons spend lots of money. And there are several items that will stimulate the taste buds. Start with the yellowtail hamachi or seafood platter with oysters, shrimp, crab meat, calamari and lobster. Follow it up with the pan-seared scallops with julienne vegetables and saffron sauce. The porterhouse steak can be grilled for two, three or four people, while the dinosaur-size 20-ounce rib-eye (for one) is nicely cooked and prime quality. For non-red-meat eaters, pan-roasted salmon, chicken Amin, and watermelon arugula salad provide alternatives. The wine list leans heavily toward outrageous selections, but is sprinkled with a few affordable options. There’s also a small list of wines by the glass.
