About the restaurant: Beer is taken seriously at The Pub at The Shops at Crystals, evidenced by the section of the menu devoted to more than 30 craft brews. (Wine and classic cocktails are also on offer.) The interior is bedecked with accouterments of a modern pub, with a long, curved wood bar and several plasma TVs. Prime seating can be found on the expansive outdoor patio, with a view of the water features across the way at the Aria Resort & Casino entrance.
About the food: Start off with “snacks” of poutine, a giant pretzel and raw bar offerings of oysters and shrimp cocktail. The menu continues with pub classics like fish ‘n’ chips, plus American fare such as burgers, bacon-wrapped hot dogs, a classic lobster roll and other sandwiches.
