Chef Carter Murdock has assembled a menu of healthy wraps, couscous and salads in a colorful corner of---of all things---a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. Murdock, who's done time in the kitchens of several fine restaurants, including that of Cleveland's Ritz-Carlton, is a devotee of bright flavors (especially vinegars), and it shows. A crunchy Romaine wrap includes plenty of the leafy green lettuce, paprika tofu, garlic hummus, carrots and cucumbers, all brightened with a tangy, light dressing. Juices and smoothies are squeezed and blended to order. A few desserts also are offered, proving that healthy food needn't be boring or bland.
