The name is shorthand for kuipe---clay pots used in Greece to hold wine and olive oil (a number of the pots are part of the décor). The question is can upscale Greek food make it in an area that reeks with snob appeal? All the usual Greek suspects pepper the menu: tzatziki, taramosalata, grilled octopus, pastitsio, moussaka, etc. Best bets are the whole-fish choices---sea bass, Dover sole, red snapper---all served in typical Mediterranean style (lemon juice, oregano).
