Taking place in the basement of the Paramount Hotel, the Queen of the Night show is a fun extravaganza, a culinary art-meets-performance art experience. Feast on dishes created by chef Greg Lingaya, including ultra-tender roast leg of lamb, salmon Wellington, and whole roasted chicken with truffle popovers. There are several first-rate signature cocktails with which to wash it all down, as well as carafes of red and white wine at every table.
