Raga Cuisine of India’s authentic décor is brightened by splashy textiles, while the menu features well-known favorites. Starters include homemade yogurt with cucumbers and carrots. Naan is available in a variety of flavors including garlic and basil, onion and cilantro, and the classic white-leavened style. Curries are prepared with both vegetables and meat, and several are rich with intense garlic and ginger aromas. The tandoor oven turns out exotically spiced rack of lamb and prawns marinated in Indian spices. For a sweet finish, sample deep-fried mild cheese in sugar syrup and rosewater. A full bar offers a range of libations, but we recommend Indian beer to refresh the palate and complement the flavors.
