Ragin' Cajun Restaurant Review:

With a giant fiberglass crawfish on the rooftop and a red-checkered exterior, Ragin' Cajun has all of the character of a mudbug (crawfish) shack in Louisiana. It specializes in fresh-boiled crawfish and home-cooked Cajun meals like shrimp etouffée, Bayou-style gumbo and red beans and rice. The boiled shrimp po’ boy is packed with shrimp and a great value. The cafeteria line gets fairly long during lunch hour, but there's plenty to entertain you while you wait, with every square inch of the walls plastered with business cards, press clippings and faded snapshots of people eatin' Cajun food. Have yourself some hot boudin, crawfish pie or barbecue crabs, wash it down with a cold beer and wipe your mouth on your bib for a true Ragin’ Cajun experience.
