Ram Restaurant & Brewery is on the Boise Ale Trail, a self-guided tour through local craft breweries. Add to this the Ram's location across the street from the Boise State University Stadium and this family-owned and -operated venture has become the unofficial home for fans post-BSU football games. They're drawn by proximity and the menu of flavorful char-grilled steaks, wild salmon specialties, barbecue ribs, and crisp, fresh salads, plus many sandwiches and desserts, including the famous Mile High Mud Pie. For beverages, most of the ales and lagers are brewed on the premises. Many of the dishes are prepared with these brews, including the popular Brewers sirloin steak, Big Red barbecue ribs, and the Total Disorder Porter Black Angus Prime burger. Service is consistent and efficient.
