Ranazul Restaurant Review:

While the developing area of Fulton, Maryland, may not be fully operational, it’s still got a lot going for it, namely a sleek tapas bar that dominates the main street. Cool and beckoning, this tapas-wine-bistro destination offers a meet-greet-entertain place for locals and anyone who will drive down from Baltimore or up from DC. In the evening, you’ll be treated to a range of hot and cold tapas, and those who haven’t filled up on the small plates can look for a grilled rib-eye or rack of lamb, plus more. But you may find the tapas are enough of a meal. We recommend the patatas bravas, a spicy concoction of cubed potatoes tossed with a peppery tomato sauce, and the fritto mixto, a zesty combination of fried shrimp and calamari. Note that some sound more inventive-Mexican rather than all-Spanish. For dessert, zero in on the sopapillas.
