: Chef-owner Greg Hardesty transformed the prix-fixe menu format at his neighborhood gem to a revolving selection of artfully prepared cuisine. Each night, choose from such starters as roasted oysters with a Louisiana sauce and a selection from the raw bar. Entrées usually include a meatless dish, seafood and locally farmed meats like lamb rib-eye with bok choy or pork tenderloin with collard greens and tortilla pepper salad. The short and impressive wine list has several options available by the glass. House-made financier cake comes with a bourbon caramel sauce.
