As its name suggests, this casual Dupont Circle eatery features burgers. But not just the typical beef burgers, because the company’s noted butcher shapes up pork, chicken or veggie patties. If you go for a beef patty know that you can choose from Black Angus or Ancient White Park beef, the latter coming from one of the oldest breeds in the west. As for a pork choice, pick the El Jefe, which pairs a chorizo patty seasoned with chimichurri and layers of avocado and red onion. Add extra calories with beef fat fries or chili cheese fries, and top it all off with soft serve ice cream. Beers and wines are available.
