Craft beers and hot dogs are the focus at The Red Hot in Tacoma. The menu offers more than a dozen iterations of hot dogs and sausages, including a few vegan options. Diners with adventurous palates can opt for The Hound Dog, which is topped with creamy peanut butter and two slices of bacon. Sides include cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, nachos, baked beans and Frito pie. Look out for daily specials such as Belgian Sunday ($1 off all Belgian bottles and drafts). This being a bar, guests must be 21 or older.
