Wake up to the flavors of the Show-Me State at this hip restaurant, located in the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch. The à la carte breakfast menu starts off with a regional twist on eggs Benedict --- barbecue pork instead of ham --- and highlights both local producers’ ingredients, from goat cheese to bread to sausage, and exotic flavors, like steel-cut oats with pineapple chutney and coconut milk. A buffet is also available.
