Redcoat Tavern Restaurant Review

: This place is proof we've forgiven the British for that Revolutionary War thing. A mannequin dressed in the renowned redcoat uniform stands behind glass near the main entrance, and the menu has a dish named The Cornwallis. A big stone fireplace and hearth conjure up images of welcoming English pubs. Its signature Redcoat hamburger boasts more than a quarter century history of happy customers. Don't miss the onion rings and creamy coleslaw with its hint of onion. Buffalo wings and nachos are options among bar-food fare. For those who prefer less deep-frying in their food, try the fish dishes like Norwegian salmon or Canadian whitefish. Mind you, the eatery's red-tinted lighting makes all patrons look like they fell asleep under a heat lamp.
