The Restaurant at CIA Copia offers American cuisine at The Culinary Institute of America’s Napa Valley campus. Menu selections are seasonal, and have included split pea soup with sausage and crème fraîche, rapini pesto garganelli, and rib-eye steak with braised leeks and salsa verde. Finish the meal with cream cheese flan or a pecan tart. Beer, wine and cocktails are available.
