Share small plates of bison tataki with tart local sea buckthorn berries, hanger steak with bone marrow, lamb fries with wild peas and shrimp, and marinated mushrooms with sunflower oil and organic local ham. Or graze on one of the surrealist-inspired platters, from charcuterie to seafood to cheese. Wine pairings are carefully chosen and cocktails carefully prepared. Don't skip the carrot and maple dessert, which goes so far beyond carrot cake.
