We've long-admired Craig Strong’s intelligent cooking in The Dining Room of the historic The Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel & Spa —the challenge he presents to the palate, and his ability to surprise us with an unexpected twist. Training with chefs Guenter Seeger and (fellow Top 40 chef) Joël Antunes, plus studying in Europe, gave Strong the knowledge to know how to do it the traditional way, and the foundation to travel down a different path and take us to a better place on the other side.
