Super-über-plus chef Thomas Keller has wowed diners in New York at his Time Warner Center progeny, Per Se, and he has dazzled them in Las Vegas at The Venetian with Bouchon, but we must say his forays beyond this Yountville institution have not tarnished the original favorite a bit. The artful French Laundry deserves all its accolades, and more.
