For the past four years, Daniel Humm has graced our Annual Restaurant Issue. We named the Switzerland native a Rising Chef in 2004, while his time at Campton Place helped land that San Francisco institution on our 2005 Top 40. The following year, after Humm changed coasts, his contemporary cuisine at Eleven Madison Park made our 2006 Top 40, and the culinary talent remains on top again this year.
