: Chef Reuban Riffel debuts his urban restaurant, Reuben’s, in the One & Only Cape Town hotel. Riffel, noteworthy for his first Reuben’s in the town of Franschhoek, created a menu which employs fresh flavors and generous portions while keeping the food simple and wholesome. The brasserie-style atmosphere provides guests with sophistication yet relaxation. Three menu’s are available (a la carte, set menu options and a Sunday buffet) from which options such as chilli salted squid, grilled Kingklip, rare roasted beef carpaccio, gazpacho soup, roast leg of lamb, roast celeriac gratin and desserts like black Forrest cake and crème caramel with passion fruit.
